Materials & care

Each piece is 3D-printed from high-quality PLA — a plant-based, biodegradable material. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from direct heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight.

Every item is printed to order in our workshop in Utrecht. We prepare and hand your parcel to PostNL within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.

Tracking, customs and delays

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates given by PostNL and are not guaranteed; deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as December.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are payable by you; they are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Returns

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up — an email to info@deisprinting.com is enough. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

How to return an item

Email info@deisprinting.com with your order number and the item(s) concerned.
We will confirm the return and give you the return address.
Send the item back, packed well enough to survive the journey. Please keep your proof of postage.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in which case we cover it.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase price plus the standard delivery cost you originally paid, using the same payment method you used to order. We may wait until we have received the goods back, or until you show proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued within 14 days of that point.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard service, we refund the standard rate rather than the premium you paid.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Custom-made and personalised items produced to your specification cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. This does not affect your rights if such an item arrives faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives broken, faulty or not as described, contact us at info@deisprinting.com within a reasonable time of noticing the problem. A photograph helps us sort it out quickly. You are entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

A note on 3D-printed items

Fine layer lines and small differences in colour or finish between batches are part of how these objects are made and are not defects. If an item genuinely does not match its description, the paragraph above applies.
