Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Deis Printing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period will expire 14 days after the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email).

2. Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Return of Goods You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items specifically produced to your specifications.
• Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
• Digital products delivered electronically, once the download or streaming has started with your prior consent.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under EU consumer law. Please contact us immediately at deisprinting@gmail.com to arrange for a resolution.
